AA's MCI C.E.T. Bust Donation

C.E.T. Master Mechanic Award Recipient & AA MCI Inspector Dick Hankins & AMTA Director Kenneth MacTiernan

The AMTA wishes to thank Mr. Dick Hankins who is an A.A. Inspector in Kansas City, MO at the MCI overhaul base. Mr. Hankins is also a recipient of the F.A.A.'s Charles E. Taylor Master Mechanic Award. It was due to Dick's energy and determination that the TWU Local 530, which represents AA AMTs in MCI, made a donation of $1000.00 towards the purchase of a bronze bust of Charles E. Taylor for the base there. The TWU Int. ATD soon made a donation for the remaining amount needed. Mr. Dick Hnakins is the epitome of what being a professional AMT is all about. I am honored to know Mr. Hankins and call him a fellow AMT and friend.
